The European Retail Store Coordinator/ Shipping Receiving reports directly to the European Store Administration Specialist and provides day-to-day administrative support for the European boutique network from the Yorkdale Head Office. This role is responsible for coordinating key operational activities, including special order processing, store transfer tracking and follow-up, price ticket printing and reprints, service administration, and invoice processing. The Coordinator/ Shipping Receiving also manages the receipt and shipment of service envelopes and ensures timely communication between boutiques, vendors, and Birks Head Office.

Through accurate execution and proactive follow-up, this position helps support the smooth operation of the European stores and delivers efficient administrative service across the network.

What You’ll Do

- Print tickets for price changes or for any other needs
- Receive Special Orders and process them for the stores
- Track store transfers and follow up between EJB stores or between EJB and the Birks Head Office

More Ways You’ll Contribute

- Receive and ship service envelopes to stores and vendors
- Forward the estimates sent to the Yorkdale Head Office to the appropriate stores
- Enter invoices for services that are shipped back to the Yorkdale Head Office





What You Bring

- Previous experience in retail administration, operations, shipping and receiving, or a similar coordination role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
- Clear and professional communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems quickly
- The ability to work independently, follow up proactively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
