We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join our team and help drive hiring across a variety of business functions. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, community partnerships, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while managing multiple open requisitions across a variety of functions.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting within the ATS.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple business functions.
- Strong sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining a quality candidate experience.
- Experience with ATS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors prefered), recruiting tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
