As Team Leader, you will lead multiple delivery pods within the Rocketlane practice, each with Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers, supporting multiple concurrent customer implementations.

This role is the single point of accountability for the portfolio: running the weekly portfolio review, holding the team to its benchmarks, and serving as an escalation point when a project goes sideways. You will partner directly with internal and external stakeholders on methodology, scope, and customer outcomes. This role will own the performance, enablement, and operating discipline of every person on the team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Own delivery performance across both delivery pods
- Managing pod capacity and protecting project scope
- Run a weekly review of all active projects: milestones, risks, blockers, and mitigation
- Deliver a consolidated weekly portfolio view to stakeholders
- Meet weekly with Rocketlane's delivery contact to flag potential change requests and protect scope
- Track every implementation against its time-to-value (TTV) and CSAT benchmarks, and drive recovery plans when projects slip
- Serve as the escalation point for customers and step in when issues move beyond the pod
- Lead SteerCo and executive customer conversations in coordination with external stakeholders
- Enforce weekly status updates and time-tracking compliance across the team
- Own resource performance, including written remediation plans when a team member falls short
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members against the agreed hiring rubric




- Ensure the team is current on current Rocketlane features and releases
- Partner with stakeholders to refine implementation methodology and delivery playbooks
- Use AI tools, automations, and standardized reporting to run the portfolio efficiently

Must-Have SkillsDelivery & Portfolio Leadership

- 7+ years in SaaS or PSA implementations, with 3+ years leading delivery teams
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent implementations across several teams
- Proven track record improving time-to-value and customer satisfaction
- Strong grasp of implementation methodology, governance, and change control

People Leadership

- Experience managing PMs, architects, and consultants
- Comfortable owning performance conversations and remediation plans
- Ability to coach, enable, and hold a distributed team accountable

Partner & Executive Management

- Experience in a partner or staff augmentation model, representing a firm inside a client's delivery organization
- Confident leading SteerCos and executive escalations
- Ability to push back on scope and timelines with clarity and tact

- Runs a tight weekly operating cadence
- Data-driven approach to portfolio health and reporting

Good-to-Have Skills

- Hands-on Rocketlane experience
- Experience with other PSA tools (Certinia, Kantata, Klient, etc.)
- Background in a consulting firm or SI partner ecosystem
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP ecosystems (Salesforce, NetSuite)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management experience
- Experience using AI/automation to run portfolio reporting
