Acumen Agency is a growing startup and international professional services company providing consulting, marketing, HR, technology, business development, and other professional services to businesses, organizations, institutions, and government clients.

This is initially a performance-based independent contractor prospect, with the intention of transitioning successful candidates to salaried positions as soon as financially feasible.

We are looking for a confident, entrepreneurial, and creative individual who can host video content, conduct interviews, manage a YouTube channel, and help build a professional business media presence for Acumen Agency.

This opportunity combines broadcasting, content production, digital media, audience development, and business development. It is best suited to someone who can bring ideas, take initiative, and turn content into measurable business results.

The Opportunity

You will help develop and manage Acumen Agency's business-focused video content, featuring entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, CEOs, and industry leaders.

Potential content formats include

- Interviews with business owners, CEOs, and executives.
- Business news, industry developments, and market commentary.
- Business insights, analysis, and reaction videos.
- Entrepreneurial stories and company profiles.
- Consulting, leadership, and business strategy discussions.
- Other recurring segments and interview series.

You will help develop the channel's identity, establish recurring content formats, and grow its audience across YouTube and other relevant platforms.

What You'll Do

- Host videos, conduct interviews, and present business-related content confidently.
- Research guests, businesses, industries, and relevant news topics.
- Identify and approach potential interview guests, including business owners and executives.
- Film and coordinate video production,



including camera work, lighting, and audio.
- Edit video content and prepare professional, engaging final productions.
- Manage the YouTube channel, including uploads, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, playlists, and publishing schedules.
- Develop content ideas and recurring segments to grow viewership.
- Repurpose videos into short-form content for social media.
- Monitor channel analytics, audience engagement, and content performance.
- Identify opportunities to monetize content and generate business leads.
- Build relationships with guests, potential clients, sponsors, and business partners.

A Business-Minded Content Creator

We are looking for someone who can do more than appear on camera. The ideal candidate understands how hosting, production, audience development, and business development work together.

You should be able to take ownership of the content process, bring creative solutions, and develop a professional media presence with minimal day-to-day direction.

Importantly, the goal is to turn content into a business development funnel. Videos, interviews, sponsorships, advertising, calls to action, and audience engagement should help generate inquiries, attract prospective clients, and create opportunities for Acumen Agency's consulting and other professional services.

The successful candidate should be interested in building both an audience and a commercially viable media platform.

Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has strengths in several of the following areas:

- On-camera hosting, presenting, interviewing, or broadcasting.
- Videography, camera operation, lighting, and audio.




- Video editing and post-production.
- YouTube channel management and audience growth.
- Content strategy, storytelling, and digital media.
- Social media distribution and short-form video.
- Business news, entrepreneurship, consulting, or corporate affairs.
- Networking, guest acquisition, and professional relationship building.
- Lead generation, sales, or business development.

Previous broadcasting or media experience is an asset, but we are particularly interested in candidates who combine strong presentation skills with practical production abilities and a business-oriented mindset. Performance-Based OpportunityThis position begins as a performance-based independent contractor opportunity. Acumen Agency is in its startup stage, and a guaranteed salary is not initially available.

The opportunity is to build a channel, develop an audience, generate commercial opportunities, and establish a revenue-producing media operation. Depending on the agreed compensation arrangement, revenue-generating activities may include advertising, sponsorships, and leads or contracts generated through the content and associated sales funnel.

Our intention is to transition successful performers to salaried positions as soon as financially feasible, based on business growth, revenue, and individual performance.
