Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for Beta Testers at OneCare. Beta Testers will use pre-release versions of OneCare’s digital health tools, follow testing guides, and complete assigned tasks such as creating accounts, exploring features, and simulating typical user scenarios. They will submit bugs, reporting any issues, usability challenges, or errors, and share structured feedback through surveys, reports, or interviews.

Volunteers may participate in occasional virtual meetings or feedback sessions to discuss their experiences, suggest improvements,



and help refine features before public release. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable using web or mobile applications and interested in contributing to more effective patient–provider communication.

Qualifications

- Comfort with using web and mobile applications, including account setup, navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly describe issues, steps to reproduce them, and suggestions for improvement.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for completing feedback forms and participating in virtual discussions.
- Reliability in following testing instructions, meeting agreed timelines, and maintaining confidentiality of test materials.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a computer or smartphone suitable for testing OneCare’s tools.
- Interest in healthcare, patient experience, or digital health solutions; prior user testing experience is a plus but not required.
