The Brick is currently seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Distribution Centre as Warehouse Associates.

As part of one of Canada's leading home furnishings retailers, you'll contribute to the daily movement of furniture, appliances, and other merchandise throughout our warehouse. Your Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our busy Distribution Centre by ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities may include:

- Unloading incoming shipments and preparing merchandise for distribution
- Selecting and preparing products for customer deliveries and store transfers
- Loading furniture, appliances, and other merchandise onto outbound trailers
- Moving, sorting, and organizing inventory throughout the warehouse
- Identifying products using warehouse locations, item numbers, and inventory systems
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Using warehouse tools and equipment in accordance with safety procedures
- Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals and operational deadlines
- Assisting in other warehouse departments as business needs change

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a team, and are ready to contribute to a quick-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will

- Be physically capable of regularly lifting and handling merchandise weighing over 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a robust commitment to workplace safety
- Be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout their shift
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Be punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting daily expectations
- Follow instructions and established warehouse procedures




- Be adaptable and willing to assist in different areas of the operation
- Be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as required

Previous warehouse, distribution, or material-handling equipment experience is considered an asset, but is not required. We welcome candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and willing to put in the effort to succeed.
