About us
We’re a fitness company that combines smart training with EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) technology to help people get real results at home. Our Elite program is an online coaching community where members follow structured training modules, join weekly live calls, and get direct support from our coaches, all from wherever they are.
The role
We’re looking for a Women’s Lead Coach to own the women’s side of Elite. You’ll build the curriculum, teach on camera, run live calls, and lead a community of women who want real results. This is not a “film what we give you” role. We want someone who brings her own ideas, spots what’s working (and what isn’t), and pushes the program forward.
What you’ll do
- Design and film one training module per week (around 5 short videos) covering exercises, coaching cues, and talking to camera, incorporating our EMS devices
- Host one 1-hour live call and Q&A; each week covering tutorials, plan reviews, device help, and member questions
- Own the women’s curriculum by planning and pitching new module ideas based on member needs and feedback
- Lead community initiatives such as challenges, monthly themes, and accountability pushes that keep women showing up
- Be active in our Skool community daily, replying to posts, comments, and DMs within 24 hours
- Track member progress and engagement, flag when members are struggling or dropping off, and suggest changes
- Share weekly insights with leadership on the community, the program, and our physical products
What you bring
- Deep expertise in glute and lower-body training for women, including anatomy (glute max, med, min) and how to train for shape, strength, fat loss, or rehab
- Knowledge of women-specific training factors like postpartum recovery, the menstrual cycle, and hormonal changes
- Strong programming skills: progressive overload, beginner/intermediate/advanced progressions, and effective 20–30 minute home workouts with minimal equipment
- A sharp eye for form and the ability to correct common mistakes clearly
- Experience (or solid interest) in EMS training. We’ll train you on our devices, pad placement, and settings
- Confidence on camera. You can film a full module or run a live call without a script, while training and talking at the same time
- A relevant certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, CSCS, or equivalent)
Who you are
- Approachable: members feel comfortable asking you “basic” questions without feeling judged
- A great simplifier: you can explain how EMS works or why progressive overload matters so a beginner gets it the first time
- Patient: you answer the tenth pad-placement question like it’s the first
- Honest: you’ll tell a member when their plan or form isn’t working, and give them a clear fix
- Calm under pressure: you handle frustrated members or negative comments without getting defensive
- Coachable: you take feedback and apply it to the next module without reminders
- Reliable: you show up on time and deliver every week without being chased
- Relatable: you share your own wins and struggles with training and consistency, so members see you as someone who gets it
How success is measured
- A highly engaged women’s community (50%+ engagement rate)
- Every live call attended, every module delivered on time
- Strong EMS device adoption among women members in their first 30 and 90 days
