Role: Workday Integrations and techno functional consultant

Location: Remote

'Workday Integrations | Workday Studio & EIB | Core Connectors & Web Services | Workday HCM Techno-Functional | Integration Architecture & Technical Leadership

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 10–20 years of overall IT/ERP experience, with significant hands-on experience in Workday.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Integrations.
- Advanced experience with Workday Studio.
- Strong experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Solid knowledge of Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
- Robust experience with Workday Web Services (WWS).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, and web-service-based integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Custom Reports and Calculated Fields.




- Good understanding of Workday Security and Business Process configuration.
- Strong techno-functional understanding of Workday and end-to-end HR business processes.
- Experience integrating Workday with multiple enterprise and third-party systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience across the complete integration lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership
