Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10–20 years of overall IT/ERP application experience, with significant Workday technical experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Extend application architecture and development.
- Strong experience designing Extend applications, presentation components, model components, data models, and business processes.
- Solid knowledge of Workday Orchestrations and API-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday application security and authentication concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Workday business objects, business processes, reporting,
and data structures.
- Experience designing integrations between Workday and external/third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to convert complex functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews and providing development standards and technical guidance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience.
