As a core leader on the Generation team, you will direct a group of mechanical and electrical engineers while enhancing collaboration across departments. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, compounded by experience in power generation and project management.

You will solve complex operational challenges while meeting regulatory standards and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead 6-8 engineers in fleet operations support
- Ensure compliance with regulatory programs
- Create maintenance engineering work packages
- Review and authenticate engineering procedures
- Coach and sponsor MOCs and PI&Rs; for plant objectives

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering with P. Eng status
- 7-10 years in power generation or industrial settings
- Knowledge of power plant equipment and systems
- Understanding of asset management and risk principles
- Available to work in the office 3 days a week
