Spectrum Health Care is seeking a part time Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Mississauga to support palliative patients with daily living activities and compassionate care. The role works within an integrated care team to enhance quality of life and comfort for patients and families.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to follow care plans, provide companionship, assist with ADLs, and report changes to the Integrated Care Program Supervisor. Travel within the region is required.
