As a Mechanical Engineer in Sustaining, you will support reliability and manufacturability of coolant distribution units (CDUs) while resolving product issues and implementing engineering changes. Your expertise in mechanical engineering and cross-functional collaboration will ensure CoolIT products meet rigorous quality and performance objectives throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support CDU products to meet customer and performance criteria
• Investigate product issues and implement corrective actions
• Create and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
• Provide engineering support to cross-functional teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and reliability assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 3-7 years in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with ECRs/ECNs and root cause investigations
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
