HOCS Projects, a Calgary-based engineering firm, seeks an experienced Senior PHA Qualified / HAZOP Facilitator to plan, facilitate, and document PHAs for oil and gas projects, including HAZOPs and What-If analyses. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent facilitation, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in identifying and mitigating process safety risks across feasibility to detailed engineering phases.
