Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an experienced Social Worker (MSW) to provide advanced clinical and consultative services within a Recovery model. You will conduct comprehensive social and psycho-social assessments and support clients and families through complex discharge planning.

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver individual, family and group counselling, address guardianship matters, and advise on issues like housing, finances, and community resources.
