enCompass is seeking staff for Journey Home, a program supporting adults with NCR dispositions, providing supervision in a safe environment 24/7. The role requires documenting, assessments, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to help residents re-enter the community.

Candidates should have a human services credential, a transparent record check, First Aid/CPR, and be willing to work rotating shifts, including overnights. Benefits include health and RRSP options.
