We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our clients team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience and understands the importance of accuracy, inventory control, and following established procedures.

Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Experience: 3+ years
Wage: $19.00/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Receive, verify, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
- Maintain inventory records, including lot numbers and expiration dates
- Handle temperature-sensitive products following proper procedures
- Follow FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation
- Safely operate pallet jacks, stackers,



and hand trucks
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and GDP standards

Skills & Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Pharmaceutical or regulated warehouse experience is an asset
- WMS and inventory scanning experience preferred
- Business Central (Dynamics 365) experience is an asset
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in refrigerated, frozen, and ambient areas
- Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
