Work hour:

8 hours/day. 40 hours/week. 5 days/week

Salary:

$20.00/hour. Overtime $30 .00 after 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

- Wash and peel vegetables and fruits
- Help preparing cook
- Wash work tables, cupboards, and appliances
- Sweep, mop and wash floors according to standards
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
- Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards,



and other storage areas
- Assist chef and other kitchen staff perform duties
- Operate dishwasher to wash dishes, glass and flatware
- Learn and help preparing Cantonese and western cuisines

Employment requirements

- Secondary school education
- On-the-job training and ability of handling kitchen-setting
- Understand basic food preparation and food safe knowledge
- Working in a rapid-paced environment
