Assistant Store Manager – Lead, Coach and Drive Retail Excellence

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager in the Retail Sector in Halifax, Nova Scotia. You will play a key role in driving store performance through strong merchandising execution, inventory replenishment, and team leadership. A typical day:

- Support daily store operations and assume full responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence
- Recruit, train, coach and motivate Key Holders and Store Associates
- Ensure company policies, procedures and asset management standards are followed
- Oversee inventory counts to support accurate replenishment and stock control
- Operate the cash register and ensure customer service standards are met




- Large focus on retail inventory replenishment.

Successful candidates will have:

- Bring a minimum of two years of retail management experience
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and team development skills
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
- Show strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Maintain flexible availability for day, evening and weekend shifts

Total rewards: $19.00 - $19.75 hourly
