You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and ensure operations run smoothly while delivering the Starbucks Experience—excellent service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, coach team members, and help create a positive, engaging third place for customers.
