About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Operations Lead to guide and manage their distributed operations team. This role is designed for a leader who can effectively manage and inspire a team working from various locations, ensuring seamless operations and high performance. You will be responsible for setting operational standards, facilitating communication, and implementing strategies that promote productivity and collaboration within a remote-first environment. The ideal candidate excels at building cohesive teams across distances and has a proven track record in managing complex operational workflows remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a geographically dispersed operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement remote operational policies and best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across the remote team and with other departments.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback,



and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Utilize and manage collaboration tools and project management software to maintain workflow visibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management , with at least 3 years managing remote teams.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a virtual workplace.
- Strong understanding of remote work best practices and technologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software and virtual collaboration platforms.
