Role Overview Seeking two

Application Architects

to support architecture and solution design for enterprise Contact Centre technology initiatives. The role will work across business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solution designs, supporting platform migrations, Contact Centre modernization and emerging AI capabilities.

This opportunity is also well suited to an experienced

Lead Developer looking to move further into Solution/Application Architecture .

Key Responsibilities

Translate business and technical requirements into

application and solution architecture designs .

Define solution options and recommend appropriate technology approaches.

Support architecture for enterprise

Contact Centre platforms and applications .

Contribute to Contact Centre migration and modernization initiatives.

Develop architecture diagrams, solution documentation and presentations using Visio and related tools.

Partner with business, development, infrastructure and architecture teams throughout solution delivery.

Present architecture recommendations and technical solutions to large stakeholder groups.

Support integration across Contact Centre, desktop, workforce and related enterprise applications.





Contribute to initiatives involving

AI and emerging technologies .

Maintain architecture and project documentation using Jira and Confluence.

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an Application/Solution Architect OR 4+ years of Lead Developer experience .

Demonstrated experience translating requirements into

technical solution designs .

Experience defining solution options and architecture approaches for enterprise applications.

Robust technical documentation and diagramming skills.

Strong

Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

skills.

Experience presenting technical solutions to

large stakeholder groups .

Strong

Jira and Confluence

experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.

Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

Nice-to-Have

Contact Centre technology experience , including IVR, agent desktop, workforce applications or telecommunications.

Amazon Connect

experience.

AWS / Amazon Solutions Architect certification.

Experience with

Agentic AI or AI-enabled solutions .

Experience within highly regulated environments such as banking, financial services or healthcare.
