About the Role

The Red Bull Student Marketeer programme is a brand and product ambassador programme. Student Marketeers understand Red Bull's target group and drive brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The programme aims to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. The role includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers work flexibly rather than in a 9-to-5 job and within a creative working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Red Bull in a premium way by embodying the brand personality traits and company values in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
- Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness through product sampling at the right place and time, and by competently answering consumer questions.
- Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at university, and create a strong network by establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
- Drive brand engagement on social media handles through authentic content.
- Work at Red Bull events and supported events to help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
- Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.
- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within the university campus and beyond.
- Leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts and ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.




- Deliver executional excellence with attention to detail in all areas of the role, and share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interaction.
- Plan and report activities via the dedicated online platform in a timely and accurate manner, and contribute to developing the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Passion for the Red Bull brand and product.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality.
- Immersion in student life with a thorough understanding of the collegiate landscape, city and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hot-spots.
- Highly approachable and social, with the ability to relate to different people on many occasions.
- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Ability to manage part time work and studies.
- Affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales.
- Connection with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
- Full, valid Canadian driver's licence with a clear abstract.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- University enrolment.
- Fluency in English and French.
