Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver is seeking a Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead ARC Restaurant and Lounge and support In Room Dining. You will drive cocktail programming, manage the bar, develop wine knowledge, and help generate revenue while delivering exceptional luxury service.

As a visible leader, you will coach a high-performing team, collaborate with culinary leadership, and ensure service excellence consistent with Fairmont and LQA standards in a rapid-paced, guest-focused environment.
