Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and manage employee work schedules using Workday
• Track and cover vacant shifts from absences and vacations




• Validate hours worked and submit them for payroll
• Assist in recent resident administration and nursing supply management
• Facilitate Joint Health and Safety meetings and document actions
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent in office administration or bookkeeping
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
• Knowledge of Workday, Microsoft Office, and scheduling
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
