Blumara is looking for Engineers with experience in areas such as mechanical, electrical, structural, piping, systems, naval architecture, marine engineering, and production/design support to support complex marine and defence programmes.

Depending on the role and your background, responsibilities may include:
engineering and technical design support
technical documentation and deliverable development
multidisciplinary design coordination
systems support and integration
build, test, commissioning, and broader project delivery support

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in marine, shipbuilding, defence, industrial, or similarly complex technical environments. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and with various internal and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for
Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience in design support, technical documentation, or engineering/project delivery
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively in technically demanding and regulated environments
Marine, shipbuilding, defence, or related sector experience is an asset
Eligible for Canadian government security clearance; able to support shipboard work and travel as needed.
