Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a solid understanding of kitchen operations within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sanitizing workstations and equipment
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and food quality

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings is an asset however it's not mandatory
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and valuable communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.80-$18.00 per hour
