Responsibilities
Deal directly with customers to review vehicle damages including documenting, photo journalling to prepare complete repair estimates
Providing exceptional customer service by helping customers through the repair process while providing customer updates and answering customer questions
Familiarity with inventory processes
Working directly with parts suppliers
Use of Auto repair software to create estimates
Communicate with customers, insurance providers and body shop technicians explaining repairs and costs
Qualifications
Strong customer service and excellent communication abilities
Highly organized - ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Evaluate damage to create repair estimates
Knowledge of auto parts and systems
Automotive repair knowledge (asset)
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
