We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Operations Assistant to join our agricultural operation in Haldimand County. This position involves hands-on work supporting both our beef cattle operation and crop farming activities.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and distribute feed for beef cattle

· Assist with daily care and handling of cattle

· Maintain clean, protected and organized livestock facilities

· Assist with crop operations throughout the growing and harvest seasons

· Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

· Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting and other field activities

· Perform general farm maintenance and repairs

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Complete other farm duties as required

Qualifications:

· Ability to operate farm machinery safely

· Physically capable of performing manual farm work

· Robust work ethic and willingness to learn

· Valid driver’s license

· Adaptable availability during busy planting and harvest periods

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
