Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, particularly in performing routine maintenance tasks. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
Assist in sales of additional services or products that may advantage the customer’s vehicle performance.
Lift heavy equipment or parts as needed during service operations.




Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in automotive repair and maintenance.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle servicing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
