Overview

We are seeking a professional, reliable individual or couple to manage two multi-residential apartment buildings to oversee day-to-day management, foster positive resident relationships, and ensure the smooth functioning of residential communities. Your leadership will create a welcoming workplace that residents are proud to call home, all while maintaining operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. Prefer live in.

Duties
Manage daily property operations, including rent collection, leasing, lease administration, renewals, move-ins/move-out processes efficiently, maintenance coordination or completing minor maintenance, cleaning of common areas and suites on turnover, data entry and resident relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly with a friendly and professional approach
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the property
Conduct regular inspections to uphold safety standards and property appearance




Facilitate lease terms and resolve any conflicts that may arise effectively
Responding to resident inquiries and emergencies as required

Skills
Previous residential property management experience required
Robust communication and customer service skills with excellent administrative skills
Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and clarity with residents and vendors
Valid driver's license is required
