Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Journeyman to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and maintaining sheet metal components essential to our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety are upheld throughout all projects.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate sheet metal parts.
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, bend, shape, and assemble sheet metal components with precision.
Install sheet metal systems in accordance with project specifications, ensuring proper fit and function.
Perform maintenance and repair on existing sheet metal structures as needed.
Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry, plumbing, welding, and drywall installation to support integrated project execution.
Conduct quality checks throughout fabrication and installation processes to meet safety and quality standards.




Maintain a clean and organized work setting while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience
Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman or similar role within construction or manufacturing environments.
Solid knowledge of hand tools, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to sheet metal work.
Construction experience with skills in carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, restoration, construction painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, and tile laying is highly desirable.
Ability to read schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions diligently.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction settings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues during fabrication or installation.
