Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and manage client communications efficiently.
Assist veterinary staff with basic clinical tasks, including preparing exam rooms and handling laboratory samples.
Support laboratory procedures by collecting samples, performing tests when trained, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic setting to uphold safety standards.
Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication instructions, and preventive health measures.




Manage inventory of medical supplies and laboratory materials to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role or veterinary setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a genuine love for animals.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.
A proactive approach to learning new skills and supporting veterinary team members.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
