Responsibilities

Document treatment details accurately in patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

Adhere strictly to clinic protocols, hygiene standards,



and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe workplace for all.

Experience
Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
Prior experience working in a busy clinical or multidisciplinary setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health and treatment planning.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse patients.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team while managing multiple patient appointments efficiently.
