As a Junior Preschool Lead Teacher, you'll guide a consistent group of young learners, promoting their independence and emotional growth through structured play and care routines. Your role involves creating a warm, secure setting while using the Fueling Brains curriculum to facilitate early learning experiences.

You will support families in connecting with their child's development and work collaboratively with fellow educators.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead your classroom for children aged 19 months–3 years
Plan and deliver play-based learning experiences




Support independence through daily care routines
Use positive guidance for emotional and peer support
Document children's development for individualized learning

Requirements:
Alberta ECE Level 2 or 3 Certification
Experience with toddlers and classroom leadership
Understanding of early childhood development
