Sales & Finance Manager

The Sales & Finance Manager is a hybrid leadership position supporting both the Sales and Finance departments. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive professional who is comfortable working deals, supporting the sales floor, and stepping fully into the Finance Manager role when required.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Leadership
Support the GSM with daily desking, deal structure and sales decisions.
Help oversee the daily sales process and ensure consistent follow-up and execution.
Work directly with Sales Consultants to help structure and close deals.
Sell vehicles and assist customers directly when needed.
Assist with vehicle appraisals, buying and inventory decisions.
Help coach and develop the sales team.
Provide leadership coverage when the GSM is unavailable.

Finance
Provide full Finance Manager coverage for vacations, scheduled days off and other absences.
Complete finance transactions from start to finish, including lender submissions, approvals, contracting and delivery.
Present finance, protection and insurance products professionally and consistently.




Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure deals are structured appropriately.
Ensure all documentation and processes meet dealership, lender and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and wants to be an significant part of the dealership's leadership team.

The right person will have:
Automotive sales and/or finance experience.
Solid understanding of deal structure, desking and dealership sales processes.
The ability to confidently step into the Finance Office when required.
Solid closing, communication and customer-service skills.
A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
An interest in continued growth and increased responsibility.

This is not strictly a Sales Manager role or strictly a Finance Manager role. It is a flexible position designed around supporting the entire variable operation and helping Lloydminster Toyota sell more vehicles, generate strong gross and deliver a great customer experience.
