Job Duties:

Responsibilities:
Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Greet and engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organized schedule
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Skills:
Proficient in a wide range of barbering techniques, including clipper cuts, scissor cuts, and straight razor shaves
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hairstyling
Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and high-quality services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients at once





Hours:

-Minimum hours 40 (can do more if desired)

-Minimum 8 hours on weekend (either Saturday or Sunday, your choice)

Qualifications:
Valid barbering license or is currently in school for Ontario

-Is permitted to work in Ontario (Permanent resident or Citizen)

-Lives in Toronto

Salary:

-Primarily commission based, your take home would be 55% per haircut estimated pay would be $500 to $2500 per week cash (pay depends on how many haircuts done in a week)

-Salary options are available depending experience

-Tips are entirely yours (no pooled tipping)
