Job Summary
We are seeking a person with great customer service skills that can help customers with inquiries for New and used industrial sewing machine purchases. To do this you will need to Help customers find the right machine for thier purpose based on the job , materials and finished product. The ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge and understanding of different types of sewing machinery, thier parts and processes in the sewing manufacturing field and is familiar and comfortable working with computers to comunicate, place orders and quote machinery to customers.

Duties
Answer Inquiries by Email and phone.
enquire and price machines from multiple suppliers.
Quote the right machines with options to customers in a timely manner
Set up and quote shipping arrarangements for machinery
Track status of machinery until it is delivered
Post , Edit and maintain online listings and follow up with online leads
Help walk in customers find answers to machinery type / pricing and availability
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and organization




Collaborate with wharehouse/ build team on specific needs or modifications on newly purchased machinery as its built
Help customers solve problems on newly purchased machines, either by setting up warranty service or comunicating with the manufacture about defects
Find new customers and leads , build relationships with Recent potential customers by visiting them and walking through their process.
Keep up to date on new technologies , processes and automation in the sewing machine field.

Requirements
Experience in a sewing machine sales , manufacturing or parts supplier role
Good computer skills ( exel , email , suppiers pricing systems, billing software)
politeness , attentivenes , relations building /maintaining skills
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
Positive Organizational skills for inventory management
storng customer service skills helping customers investigate and determine the right solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
