Job Responsibilities:
The opening, closing, and daily operations of the front-of-house and back-of-house.
Skillfully prepare various types of coffee, tea, and food orders according to the cafe's recipes and quality standards.




Following set procedures for food handling, storing, and re-stocking
Staying informed about our coffee and food selection, including origin, flavour profiles, and brewing methods, to educate and assist customers.
Implement and uphold service standards and operational protocols.
Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Effectively address customer enquiries.
Promote the ethos of our community cafe culture

Experience:
At least 2+ years of barista experience, 3+ years of hospitality and customer service experience

Terms of Employment:

Permanent Full time 40 hours per week.

Working weekends is expected. Some evening private events are a possibility.

Salary: $18.00 + Tips
