Part time Receptionist (mostly weekday morning/early afternoon shifts)

Mella Massage and Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable part time receptionist to join our team in North End Halifax.

We’re a wellness clinic offering massage therapy, esthetics, and other wellness services. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help create a welcoming experience for our clients.
Greet clients and provide a welcoming first impression
Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Process payments and assist with daily front desk operations
Keep the reception area tidy and organized
Support practitioners and help the clinic run smoothly
Laundry

Qualifications
Robust communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking




Comfortable using computers and learning booking software
Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset
Experience in a wellness clinic or similar setting is an asset

Hourly wage based on experience
