This position focuses on coaching project leaders to adopt effective safety cultures and improve health and safety practices. You will provide expert guidance, develop safety plans, and conduct HSE training. Your impact will contribute to achieving first quartile safety performance in a critical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with project leadership for safety coaching
• Facilitate and implement HS&E; plans and objectives
• Conduct safety audits and develop corrective action plans




• Provide HSE training and personal coaching to site staff
• Assist in incident investigations and promote safety awareness
Requirements:
• Certificate or degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum three years’ experience in HSE Management Systems
• Knowledge of Canada Labour Code and safety legislation
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
