Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our agile warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a smooth warehouse distribution process. Responsibilities
Load and unload shipments using forklifts, or other material handling equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and accurately, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Receive incoming goods, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Pick orders accurately using order pickers, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected for shipment.
Maintain organized storage areas, optimize space utilization,



and ensure easy access for efficient operations.
Complete documentation such as inbound/outbound logs, load sheets, and incident reports as required.
Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activities to maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience with a solid understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and order picking techniques.
Ability to load & unload cargo efficiently while following safety guidelines.
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
