I am the salon owner of my boutique home based business.I offer professional high end quality hair treatments to my clients. I exclusively use Aveda colours and hair products.I am seeking a passionate and talented Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join my team.It doesn't matter if you are just starting out or have been doing nails for a while, as long as you deliver excellent professional results. I have an established clientele who is very excited at the prospect of having a nail tech where they get their hair done. In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional nail care and beauty services, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients. Your expertise will help enhance their confidence and well-being while promoting our range of beauty treatments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, connect with clients, and contribute to an intimate , customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Provide qualified nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations




Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations
Upsell additional beauty treatments and retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales
Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and build lasting relationships
Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products, nail polishes, and other beauty essentials

Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or spa setting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients warmly and professionally
Demonstrated ability to upsell services and retail products confidently
Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and ensuring client safety at all times
Prior experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is a plus

Pay: $18.25-$38.82 per hour
