Join our dynamic dental team as a Full Time Dental Assistant, where your skills will help create confident smiles and improve patient well-being! This role offers the opportunity to work across dual locations, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will be an essential part of the team, supporting dentists and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities ( Not limited to )
Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, endodontic treatment, Implants, grafting, cosmetic work etc.
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring sterilization standards are met (IPAC)
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Must be HARP Certified.
Manage patient records using dental software Abeldent, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions to promote ongoing wellness
Support the team with administrative tasks, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment




Sterilization in compliance with Public Health Guidelines (IPAC)

Experience
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a busy dental practice (MUST HAVE HARP CERTIFICATION)
Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Abeldent is highly desirable
Robust understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and oral health care
Certification in dental assisting from an accredited program .
Ability to work efficiently in dual locations while maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism
HARP Certification (Mandatory)
CPR Certification
Keen knowledge of ALL sterilization procedures and protocols in compliance with Public Health Guidelines

This position is potentially dual location

Wages will be based on knowledge and previous experience
