Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and drink recipes to assist guests effectively
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Keep the service area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies for productive operation

Skills




Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
Robust bartending skills including mixing drinks, garnishing, and understanding alcohol regulations
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and calculating totals accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism

Pay: From $13.30 per hour
