Responsibilities
Provide nursing care within RPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments as required
Monitor resident health status and report changes appropriately
Support PSWs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation according to facility standards
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety
Requirements
Active CNO Registration (RPN – positive standing)
Current CPR & First Aid Certification
Vulnerable Sector Check
Recent TB test
Proof of immunization (as required by facility policy)
Long-term care experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
