We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a skilled manner
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Process sales efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
Manage merchandising displays and ensure the store is well-organized
Maintain accurate cash register operations and balance drawers at shift end
Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy




Support team members with inventory management and restocking as needed
Uphold cleanliness and organization of the checkout area

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is advantageous
Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through upselling techniques
Multilingual skills are considered an asset for serving diverse customer bases

Pay: $17.60-$17.90 per hour
