Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/VLT HOST to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Qualifications




Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
