As part of the front-line staff, the Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service. Your duties will include:
Prepare quotes/estimates for clients and communicate with clients regarding repairs and confirm approval for repairs to be completed.
Communicate repair instructions to techs and gather information from techs for any repairs that a vehicle may need.
Review work orders with clients.
Responsible for final invoice preparation to client
Advise clients and update files with work to be scheduled for next visit.
Continually engage in improving the client experience and shop productivity through dialogue, proficiency of software programs and team work.
Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:





Minimum of 2 years experience in the automotive field. (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strategic thinking skill set to anticipate and solves problems, maximizing opportunities.
Proficient in computer skills and programs Microsoft Office and Outlook.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members and suppliers.
Valid driver's license and clean drivers’ abstract is required.
Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles.
Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check
