Duties
Install building components, fixtures, and equipment according to project specifications and blueprints
Use hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, hammers, and levels to complete installations accurately
Perform construction tasks including carpentry, caulking, and heavy lifting as needed for project completion
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise installation
Conduct site inspections to verify proper placement and securement of installed items
Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and ensuring work areas meet safety standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles with a focus on installation work
Proficiency in using hand tools and basic construction equipment
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively
Experience with caulking, heavy lifting, and working at heights is preferred
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions
Prior experience reading blueprints or technical plans is advantageous
