Arrow Lifestyle is an apparel store in the Skeena Mall and we have 3 stores across BC. We are an apparel and footwear company that sells lifestyle, sports, and athletic wear. We also sell skate shoes, boots, and lifestyle footwear.

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and agile Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while driving sales through effective communication and product demonstrations. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.




Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.

Requirements
Robust communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales preferred.
Familiarity with technical sales concepts and product demos is advantageous.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and merchandising standards.
Proven ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
